Are you having trouble with AT&T? Do not worry, Jethro Mobile has you covered.
AT&T Issues
If you’re a current AT&T customer, you’ve likely run into some issues with your service in the last few months. If you’ve found yourself losing signal or being told your phone is not compatible with AT&T, we understand your frustration. This can be confusing, but you aren’t alone, many AT&T users are experiencing this same issue, and we have some solutions for you. If you need further information about this situation, read this blog.
Why is this happening?
AT&T is switching from 3G to 4G, like other cell providers in the United States. This unfortunately means that if you’re on a 3G phone, you’ll need to upgrade. However, if you aren’t on a 3G only phone you do have some options that we’ll go over later in this blog.

AT&T is not just cutting off service to 3G phones, they are halting service to non-AT&T approved 4G phones, like our Jethro SC490. This means that the phone is compatible with AT&T’s networks still, but they don’t want to allow you to choose what products you wish to bring over.
What carriers work with the SC490?
o If you’re flexible, we are happy to bring you onto Jethro Mobile
o We provide service off T-Mobiles networks for cheap – plans start at $5 a month
o No contract, no hidden fees, just affordable plans

If you need AT&T’s network with your SC490, these are your options:
Below is confirmation that the companies above are compatible with Jethro devices.

*These carriers all operate off AT&T’s networks and currently accept the Jethro SC490. However, this could change if AT&T has their virtual carriers follow this new policy.
*All these carriers have confirmed that the SC490 will work with their networks.
