Return Policy
General Returns
You can return your items by mail within 30 calendar days of purchasing your order. In order for a full refund to be issued, the return must be in its original condition with all accessories included. Otherwise, a restocking fee may be applied to your refund.
How to Return
Refund for Unactivated SIM Cards
It is not required to physically return the SIM card. Refunds can be processed without the need for a return as long as the SIM card remains unactivated.

Refund for Activated SIM Cards
A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of activating your SIM card or within 30 calendar days for SIM cards that have not been activated, whichever comes first, provided that:

The usage is below 30 talk minutes, 30 text messages, or 30 MB of data.

The SIM card was purchased through jethroshop.com.

A return request has been completed online.
It is not required to physically return the SIM card; therefore, we do not offer refunds on shipping and handling. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to be processed upon approval. If the refund is approved, your line will be deactivated, or if the SIM card is unactivated, any credit will be removed. Any data added to your account after activation is not eligible for a refund. If your plan was purchased through another retailer, such as Amazon, a return request must be initiated with the original retailer.
Refund for Devices
You may request a return directly at jethroshop.com within 30 calendar days of the purchase date if you ordered the phone/accessories through jethroshop.com. Once your return request has been received and approved, a return label will be emailed to you. The label is valid for 20 calendar days, during which time the device must be returned.
All returned products must be in their complete original packaging, including any accessories and user manuals, and must be in the same condition as sold. Before returning the phone, we recommend performing a factory reset to restore the phone to its original condition. A full refund (excluding shipping) will only be approved if the returned device is found to be in its original condition. A full refund may be denied if the returned device or accessories are found to be damaged, including but not limited to physical or water damage, or if they are not in their original condition. In such cases, a restocking fee will apply.
Shipping and handling will not be included in the refund. If we provide a return label and your phone is not found to be defective, the return label cost will be deducted from your refund amount ($4.99 for US orders and $9.99 USD for Canadian orders). Refunds may take 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item(s). If the phone was purchased from a channel other than www.jethroshop.com or www.jethromobile.com, please contact the original retailer.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 3-5 business days.

Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact your card-issuing bank with any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
